Account market
Your account, Nova plans, income and wallet use the currency assigned at registration. Translating the interface does not change your account currency. Protect your password and provide accurate account information.
Free experience and subscriptions
An eligible account can activate the published free robot once. No card is needed and it does not automatically become a paid subscription. Before buying, review the whole-term fee, days, daily amount and purchase limit. Activation requires your confirmation and valid payment.
Recorded income
The platform credits income automatically using the daily amount and active running time, without products or orders. Days follow UTC+7; partial days are prorated. Paused or expired robots and disabled income rules do not create new income. Recorded cumulative income does not reset at midnight. A daily amount of zero does not produce automatic income and cannot be used to calculate profit.
Fees, estimates and changes
Term estimate = daily amount × term days; estimate after fees = term estimate − actual term fee. These figures use current rules and are not already credited funds. Pauses, partial days and rule changes affect results. Updated rules apply from their update; past credits remain recorded. A price or condition changed before purchase must be reviewed and confirmed again.
Wallet and payments
Income and rewards use the account currency. Income balance and subscription credit are separate. Withdrawals follow published account checks, verification, limits, fees and channel availability. A channel that has not been connected cannot process top-ups or withdrawals.
Invitations
Rewards use qualifying paid robot income at the published first- and second-level rates. Free experience income does not qualify. Invitation relationships use the same account market; there are no retrospective rewards. Previously recorded rewards remain in history after a relationship changes.
Cancellation and your rights
Consult the refund policy for eligibility and requests. Contact in-app support or email for help or complaints. These terms do not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law. Material service or terms changes will be notified through suitable channels.
